Moving day(s) and my house
My house appraisal came in $8k less than the offer and the seller’s met me at the appraisal price. Over all, 8 grand may not be a huge amount (compared to the cost of the house) but it does affect my mortgage payment and I’m happy about that. Just a few more things and the honeypot is mine. No longer the “bee hive”- that made me think of work. The honeypot is much more alluring.
For the next 2 months my living room is situated in the warehouse at my office. I only have the bare essentials at my parents house. My clothing, bathroom things, and OF COURSE my kitties. Kitties are most important.
